CONE Midstream Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution

CANONSBURG, Pa., April 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of CONE Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of CONE Midstream Partners LP (NYSE:CNNX), today announced the declaration of a cash distribution of $0.2821 per unit with respect to the first quarter of 2017. The distribution will be made on May 15, 2017 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 4, 2017. The distribution, which equates to an annual distribution of $1.1284 per unit, represents an increase of 3.6% over the distribution paid with respect to the prior quarter, and an increase of 15.1% over the distribution paid with respect to the first quarter of 2016.
