    CRANBURY, N.J., June 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 1ST Constitution Bancorp (NASDAQ:FCCY), parent company of 1ST Constitution Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share.  The cash dividend will be paid on July 25, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2017.
